First pit stop on my way to Boise, Idaho is the Denver, Colorado airport. It’s 8:45am and we stop at Root Down in the Denver Airport for breakfast. The Root Down was a very artistic restaurant with globes on the ceiling, can jar lids on the wall with booths shaped like a U. The food was exceptional for the price and airport food. I ordered the standard breakfast (2 scrambled eggs, sausage, and a croissant with greens and potatoes.) The eggs were fluffy and fresh, the croissant had a nice buttery flavor to it. I would definitely recommend stopping by Root Down is you are passing through the Denver airport!
